Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks from Broadway and right on Printer's Alley. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited breakfast options. The proximity to downtown venues and excellent customer service were definite highlights of my visit.
The hotel offers a mix of positives like spacious and comfortable rooms with a few bottles of water provided but is let down by the outdated and dingy decor. The cleaning service being done only on the 3rd day was inconvenient. The service is friendly but comes at a steep price for a one-night stay. Despite the good in-house facilities, the high cost may not align with the value for money. The location is conveniently close to Ryman Auditorium and downtown Nashville but guests should budget extra for breakfast and valet. While the hotel is in a great spot for entertainment, there are mixed feelings about the pricing and convenience of certain services.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a downside of facing a brick wall and not offering any views, the service provided a blend of welcoming kindness during the day and unprofessional behavior at night that left a bit to be desired. The location, however, couldn't be beaten, being incredibly convenient to local attractions and amenities. The dining options were limited but of good quality. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
